1. Inquiry-Professional quotation.

3. Henryson Printing sales send the Proforma Invoice with seal.
4. Customer make the payment for deposit or sample fee and send us Bank receipt.
5. Initial Production Stage-Inform the clients that we have got the payment,And will make the samples according to your request, send you photos or Samples to get your approval. After approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform the estimated time.
6. Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in. Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
7. End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection.
8. Clients make payment for balance and Henryson Printing Ship the goods. Inform the tracking number and check the status for clients.
9. Order can be say “finish” when you receive the goods and satisfy with them.

1. What is the price?
The price is decided by 7 factors: Material, Size, Color, Finishing, Structure, Quantity and Accessories.
2. How about samples?
Sample Lead Time: 7 or 10 working days for color samples (customized design) after artwork approval.
Sample Set-up Fee:
1). It's free for all for a regular customer
2). For new customers, 100-200usd for color samples, it is fully refundable when order confirmed.
3. How many days for shipping?

By Express: 3-5 working days to your door (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx...)
By Air: 5-8 working days to your airport
By Sea: Pls advise your port of destination, the exact days will be confirmed by our forwarders,
